Estate Auction

This is an estate auction selling a house and land, 18 carat gold ring with diamonds, waisher and dryer, riding lawn mower, push mower, power tools, hand tools, paintings, antiques, and household furniture and supplies.

The house being sold is located at 62 Cardinal Loop, Crossville Tennessee. The house has 1,894 square  feet, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms. The house is located 70 miles from Knoxville and 112 miles from Nashville. 

 The artist that created most of the paintings that are being sold entered them in the Cumberland County Tennessee fair and won first place for one painting and second place for two paintings. 

Bidders can place bids in person at the auction site on the day of the auciton or online. Online bidders may place bids prior to the auction. 

The auction will be held at 62 Cardinal Loop, Crossville Tennesse, and will start at 10:00 a.m. centeral time on November 8, 2025.
