Recently acquired from a Boca Raton Estate we are pleased to offer this exquisite & massive Bronze sculpture by world famous French artist ‘Jean-Baptiste Clesinger (1814-1833). The stunning bronze is mounted on solid marble and the overall size is 30” long x 13” deep x 17” tall. I would estimate the weight to be in the 50-60 lb range. The sculpture retains 99% of its original polychromed finish and the base is artist signed. One of these sold in a London South Kensington auction 23 November 2010 for $12,943 US dollars! We are offering this piece for $3,250 picked up at the store or, buyer to pay actual shipping cost if you choose to have it shipped.
